Introducing the Fluke FEV300 EV Charging Station Test Adapter Kit
The FEV300 kit, working with the 1664 FC Multifunction Installation Tester, is designed to test the functionality and safety of Mode 3 AC charging stations. This adapter simulates an electric vehicle, allowing you to conduct tests in line with local regulations without needing to open the charging station. It’s a handy tool to check if a charging station is working correctly after installation, during routine maintenance, or when troubleshooting charging issues. With this kit, you can test charging stations in accordance with specific standards, such as IEC/EN 61851-1 and IEC/HD 60364-7-722.
Key Features:
– Run seven installation tests in a single sequence
– Safely check for dangerous voltage at the ground terminal with the PE grounding protection pre-test
– Simulate different current capabilities of charging cables using the Proximity Pilot (PP) state “Cable Simulation”
– Simulate various charging states with the Control Pilot (CP) state “Vehicle Simulation”
– Simulate PE error (Earth fault) with the CP error “E” simulation
– Test EV charging station RCD type A-EV or RDC-DD DC protection devices
– Share test results in real time through your smartphone with Fluke Connect Measurements
